You: (Respond thoughtfully to what they say, then transition into this) By the way, I represent a dynamic real estate investment firm, headquartered here in central Kentucky. If “Yes”, ask these questions:

Other Information that we need (write all of this down via the Property submission form):

1. Qualify the # of beds and # of baths.

2. Qualify the square footage.

3. Ask what the scope of repairs will look like, or when the last time the home was updated.

4. Specifically ask for the age/condition of the roof and HVAC Systems.

5. What kind of timeline they would be looking to sell in.

6. “Okay. well in light of everything you just told me, how much are you wanting to sell it for?”

Frequently Asked Question Responses

Are you a wholesaler? Answer: We do assign many of our properties to investors as well as purchase internally.  it is our policy to make sure we can close on every house we put under contract, so you have nothing to worry about in terms of reliability and/or financing.

How did you get my number/Information? Answer: We found your contact information because your property meets the criteria we are looking for.

How Fast can you close? Answer: As soon or as slow as you’d like. Since we can pay with cash, we generally aren’t time restricted.

Where are you from? Answer: We are based in lexington ky.
